This wine is distinguished by its intense fruit and mineral aromas. To reveal its elegance, it was aged on fine lees in various containers, in stainless steel and French oak.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Rich and mineral.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE VINEYARD<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Mont\u00e9e de Tonnerre climat is south-west facing and is home to numerous fossilized outcrops.
