It is a blend from several Chablis parcels sourced from our long-standing partners. Produced 100% in stainless steel tanks, this wine reflects the mineral notes typical of a Kimmeridgian Chablis terroir.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Pale gold color. Fresh, lively, and mineral nose.
