Finesse, fruitiness, and minerality are its major assets, accentuated by an elegant finish. Les Beauroy could originate from “bois roy“, meaning “the king’s woods“. This name could also derive from “beauvoy“, meaning “beautiful view“, in reference to the main road that crosses it.

The Vineyard

Mainly south-facing, the climate of Les Beauroys is situated on a slope sometimes swept by drying easterly winds. The vineyard enjoys generous sunshine but is also subject to significant drought constraints during years of intense heat.
