The Vineyard

The Petit-Chablis appellation, located north of Burgundy, lies on a sedimentary basin. This depression, once covered by the sea, gradually filled with materials that now form this unique subsoil, known as “Portlandian“. Surfacing in places, the wines draw their typicity, purity, finesse, and minerality from it.
