Discover the wine-growing riches of the Burgundy region through a stay that includes two unique experiences: at Domaine Laroche in Chablis and at Maison Champy in the heart of Beaune.

Domaine Laroche in Chablis: visit its ancient 9th-century cellars and its 13th-century press, followed by a tasting of the Domaine’s vintages. You can then dine in one of our partner restaurants in the heart of Chablis, before spending the night at Le Vieux Moulin, formerly an 18th-century grain mill.

Maison Champy in Beaune: discover the oldest House in Burgundy through a visit to its 15th-century cellars and historic site. The experience continues in the boutique, opposite the Hospices de Beaune, with a tasting from a selection of the House’s best Premiers and Grands Crus. The day concludes with a bistronomic lunch in one of our partner restaurants.

Nestled in the heart of Chablis, in a former 18th-century grain mill, Le Vieux-Moulin combines traditional architecture with contemporary design.

A self-catering stay at Le Vieux-Moulin. The property features a terrace overlooking the Grands Crus hill and a cozy lounge for reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine from the shared bar.
The mini-bar service in the communal dining room is self-service. Room billing will be processed on the day of departure.
For everyone’s comfort, the interior of Le Vieux-Moulin is entirely non-smoking.
