Tasting Note: This Grand Cru stands out for its remarkable finesse. Situated on a unique terroir of white clay and limestone, it offers a floral and silky expression, supported by that characteristic mineral tension that defines great Chablis wines.
Romain Chevrolat: Ambassador of the Chablis Terroir
A great wine is never better told than by the one who brings it to life. It was Romain Chevrolat, oenologist and vineyard & wine manager at Domaine Laroche, who made the journey across the Atlantic.
