Major players in the Chablis vineyard for several centuries, the canons of the Obédiencerie built the reputation of the vintages through their incredible landed heritage and their commitment to quality.

The Terroirs
A mosaic of terroirs for Chardonnay
Laroche in Chablis
In northern Burgundy, the Chablis vineyard boasts a 100% Chardonnay production area of over 5,800 ha. The wines are characterized by a unique minerality, exclusive to the appellation due to its Kimmeridgian terroir.
Laroche in the South
of France
In the South, the meticulous selection of cool, high-altitude terroirs in the regions of Limoux, the Orb Valley, and the Cévennes foothills allows Chardonnay to be cultivated while preserving its properties and typicity: freshness and vibrancy are essential, with a beautiful, balanced structure.
